Is £20pcm too expensive to advertise the vacancies in your domiciliary care branch?

We have recently got one of the countries largest domiciliary care franchise companies on board, they rolled us out to the their franchisees and we have signed up around 50% of their branches, recently however we have had some who haven’t signed up even after they have received over 50 applications in a month! The successful branches tell us they need to keep applications coming in so they can keep getting new carers to build on their hours so we thought offering our service for just £20 per month for each branch would be a no brainer… What else do we have to look at, volume is covered, quality is hard to manage but with volume there must be some gems and finally we hope we’ve made the pricing as sustainable as poss at just £20pcm.
With this in mind I’m asking Domiciliary care providers to let us know what they use to advertise and what works in value compared to our £20pcm for unlimited job postings.  Please let us know your thoughts
