Pay rate is £35p/h Ltd Northamptonshire County Council are looking for an Independent Investigator to investigate complaints within the Children In Need Teams based in Northampton. 3 Month full time contract initially. The investigators would be able to work from home to complete reports. However, given the sensitive information they will be dealing with, they will need to be able to confirm how they would adhere to the DPA 1998. Stage 1 - Local Resolution Complainant brings concerns to the attention of the person providing the services locally. The local authority should consider mediation and conflict resolution at this stage and at all other stages. The local authority should make an initial attempt to resolve matters within 10 working days (unless an extension is agreed.) If not resolved - or if there is agreement for investigation it moves to a Stage 2 Investigation - The local authority should provide an investigation that produces a report and an adjudication within 25 working days (or within the extended period of 65 working days). If not resolved, Stage 3 - Review Panel. A panel of 3 independent people should meet to consider the complaint and produce recommendations. If not resolved Referral to Local Government Ombudsman (note that complainant can approach the Local Government Ombudsman at any stage). We normally have a pool of candidates to carry out this, however, they specialise in councillor and general complaint. We are looking for someone who can carry out Children Service Compliant this could cover any aspect of this area. We urgently need someone to complete this independent work as we currently have 8/9 cases which will soon fall outside the agreed timescales. Subsequently, we are looking for 1-2 people to complete these. The pay rate is £35ph and candidates must have experience of completing investigations and good report writing skills- and it extremely important that candidates understand Children's Act and procedures. Our client operates a state of the art hospital in the western area of Saudi Arabia, and we have been asked to identify suitably qualified and experienced Sleep Lab Technicians.Your role will be to perform Polysomnography tests, perform scoring under supervision of the Sleep Physician and operate all related equipment 1. Schedules patients for polysomnography tests. 2. Obtain a medical history of patient and summarize relevant data and prepare patients for testing 3. Ensure a proper environment for testing 4. Assist the physician with invasive diagnostic procedures. 5. Coordinate patient testing with Nursing Services as required. 6. Take remedial action and notify the physician. 7.
