  • Liaising closely with the coordinator, care manager, customers, care workers and external agencies

  • Assisting in the implementation of any necessary changes to ensure a quality service is maintained

  • Ensuring rigorous adherence to all Bluebird Care systems.

  • Taking on-call duties as part of a team on a rota basis.


What are we looking for from our Care Supervisor?

  • A proactive attitude and a passion to deliver high quality care.

  • Strong people management skills and ideally previous Supervisory/Management experience

  • Good reporting skills both verbal and written

  • The ability to write care and support plans

  • NVQ/QCF L3 or equivalent
