The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the service and will be at the forefront in providing direction and ensuring success and stability within the home. This senior role does require an individual who has a proven background managing an elderly care home and someone who can demonstrate current commercial and business knowledge. The role will include financial management, marketing and driving standards forward within the service, therefore a sound understanding of current CQC legislations and care regulations is essential along with the ability to delegate responsibilities throughout the team in a positive and proactive manner.
