Social Worker - Learning Disabilities


Our client in Bournemouth has a locum job vacancy for a Social Worker to work within a learning disabilities team. This job vacancy has an initial 6 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £20-25 per hour (limited company worker).



Duties:

- Completing statutory forms

- Providing advice, assistance and evidence where necessary

- Implementing agreed care plans by providing ongoing, direct social work practitioner input as required

- Reassessing, reviewing and evaluating care as required

- Providing a high quality service to clients



Requirements:

All applicants must have a social work degree or equivalent and be registered with the HCPC. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within adult social services.
