We are currently looking for an experienced nurse that is a confident leader to work alongside the Matron in a private hospital in Surrey.

You must possess leadership ability and have experience in a similar setting. You will be driving the success for the hospital by improving the existing services and ensuring high quality patient care is provided, you will also be supporting the implementation of new and exciting services.

You must possess expertise in driving excellence with commercialism, leadership and excellent inter-personal skills.

The inpatient ward provides a variety of surgical services to patients including; hepato-biliary, gynaecology, urology, orthopaedics, oesophago-gastric and general surgery. You will be responsible for supporting the day to day delivery of clinical services and facilitating Heads of Department in clinical governance activities. You would be required to participate in the clinical on call rota and you will deputise for the Matron in their absence. This post is full time with some flexibility in working hours.
