Nursing Home Manager (RGN / RMN) - Elderly Nursing Home - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire - Salary £45,000 You will be an experienced Nursing Home Manager - Registered General Nurse (RGN) / Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) who is looking for a permanent opportunity in an Elderly Nursing Home in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. You will have extensive experience as a Nursing Home Manager - Registered General Nurse (RGN) / Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) within a similar environment and have a basis of management and leadership skills to draw upon in the role. My client have a number of services across the South Region ranging from Residential to Elderly Nursing Homes and are looking to expand their services over the next few years, making this a really exciting opportunity for an experienced Nursing Home Manager (RGN / RMN) who is interested in progression and development in their career. This particular Elderly Nursing Home in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, is a purpose built Home and offers a residential & Nursing Service to elderly people, some with dementia. This Nursing Home is fully compliant however the ideal candidate will have experience of managing a home where they have had to lead a team to develop a home making this a role for someone who is looking for a challenge.
