Registered Nurse - Dementia Care Melksham - Wiltshire £14 per hour In Touch Recruitment is working on behalf of a quality focused care home provider to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse for their Luxury care home in Melksham. This fantastic care facility stands within its own grounds and is only half a mile away from the centre of Melksham with good access to public and private transport links. The home has been purposely built to provide high standards of care to older people with nursing and dementia nursing needs. With a key focus on quality care, my client is keen to recruit an experienced Nurse who is passionate about person centred care to join the team and be part of developing the home. The role will include writing and updating care plans, administering medication, supervising a care team and liaising within a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will be a committed Nurse with an Adult Nursing or Mental Health Nursing qualification and will hold an active NMC pin number. Ideally we are searching for an individual who has experience working in a Nursing Home, however all nursing backgrounds will be considered. This is a full time, permanent opportunity covering 36 hours per week. The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of £14 per hour.
