Position: Female Service Manager / Senior Support Worker

Salary: £21,000 - £24,500

Location: Manchester



Search Medical is currently looking for a Female Service Manager to work for a highly regarded supported living company.



As a Service Manager you will have many responsibilities which will include:



* Travelling between your homes in the Manchester area

* Making sure that services are compliant wit CQC

* Ensuring care plans are up to date and are constantly being reviewed

* Management of staff (supervisions, appraisals)

* Having Senior Support Workers and Support Workers reporting into you



To apply for this position you must have management experience and have worked in a Learning Disability setting. Ideally you will have an NVQ3 in Health and Social Care and will have challenging behaviour experience. We will consider experienced Senior Support Workers who are looking for that next step in their career. This role involves travelling around your area and it is a requirement to have a full driving licence.
