Nursing Deputy Manager - Wakefield £14.25 per hour In Touch Recruitment are working on behalf of a highly successful, forward thinking care home provider to recruit a passionate and committed Deputy Manager that is a Registered Nurse, for their spectacular home close to Wakefield. In a very accessible and attractive area close to Wakefield, this care home provides round the clock support for elderly residents with a wide range of needs and is highly focussed on providing a tailored service around each resident’s preferences. As Deputy Manager within the service you will be responsible for: • Supporting the Care Centre Manager in the complete running of the Home • Deputising in the Managers absence • Supervising and developing a multi-disciplinary staff team • Highlighting and delivering training to staff within the service • Carrying out medication and administrations audits Working as part of the Management team you will be responsible for ensuring the Home is operating to CQC standards, therefore an in depth understanding of CQC regulations and compliances is essential.
