This care home provides has the facilities to offer a wide range of care for elderly residents with dementia, general nursing needs and those that require end of life care. As a nurse in this service you would be fulfilling all nurse duties including compiling Care Plans, administering medication and communicating effectively with the team to ensure smooth running of the service. All candidates must hold an active NMC pin and experience of working in a care home setting is advantageous.
