Lead RSCN

Lead RSCN required to join the dedicated Community Children's Nurse Team with Advantage Healthcare Group

£15.00 - £25.00 per hour

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated Lead RSCN to gain invaluable experience working with the Community Children’s Nurses Team for Advantage Healthcare. This is a flexible role dependent on the number of hours you are able to commit to. You will be based within the Nottingham and Derbyshire area and be involved in assessing and providing care at home or in the community for children with nursing needs.



We have a busy and culturally diverse case-load of children and young people with acute and chronic health needs, including complex care and palliative care. We have robust links with both hospital and the community multidisciplinary health services and with education and social care.



The successful Lead RSCN will be able to work well in a team but also autonomously and would be supported by Advantage Healthcare’s Senior Nurses and the Head of Quality and Clinical Governance. As a team we are committed to delivering high quality care and are looking to recruit staff who are able to demonstrate the same enthusiasm to help us develop our service further. Car driver/owner preferable. We fully support staff in development and training.
