Hales Health and Social care are looking for local candidates that live no further than 10 miles from the destinations above to join our team of Home Carers. Care experience is not essential as we offer an induction training course alongside the opportunity to develop your knowledge through professional training and qualifications. You just need to be naturally caring!

You’ll care and encourage our Service Users in their own homes in a variety of ways, based on their individual circumstances. Our clients range from elderly people who need help with personal care, shopping and housekeeping through to people of all ages with very complex care needs. You’ll also provide companionship, oversee medication, meal preparation and light domestic duties. You’ll get to know the people you’re caring for and understand their needs whilst helping them to be independent in their own homes.
