Salary: £14.00 per hour
Description: Our client a purpose built single storey nursing home located in a quiet leafy suburb of Newcastle have a vacancy for a care supervisor to become a key member of their team. You will be required to lead a team of nurses and carers within the high dependency unit, whilst ensuring that high standards of care and support are provided to adults with physical and complex needs who live within the home.
The successful applicant will have excellent clinical skills along with experience in managing a team, while reporting to the service manager and ensuring that all person-centred documentation is maintained. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company passionate about providing the highest standards of patient care in a supportive and nurturing environment.
Person Specification: All applicants must hold a current nursing registration as an RGN, hold a valid pin and have a legal right to work in the UK.
