Healthcare Assistant – One to One Precedo Healthcare are currently recruiting for experienced healthcare assistants to work one to one with clients in either their own home or within residential settings in West Yorkshire. This role is a specialist role and it is essential that the ideal candidate has 6months UK paid experience within the healthcare sector in a similar role within the last 12-18months. This is a very rewarding role that involves participating in the development of personalised care plans, getting involved in multi-disciplinary review meetings and ensuring all relevant information is recorded on a daily basis.
