Senior Care Worker -Trafford Medacs Home care are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Carer to join their ever expanding team, operating from our office based in Manchester City Centre. Duties to include: *Assisting the Management Team with the development & support of Care Workers out in the field. *Devising Risk Assessments and Care Plans for Service Users. *Shadowing new Care Workers out of training and supporting with any extra training needs as required. *On-Call duty (on a rota basis). *Meetings with Service User family members to assist in the professional delivery of care to our clients. *Reporting all findings to the Management Team.
