3 x Out Of Hours Care Co-Ordinators Medacs Homecare are looking to recruit 3 x Out Of Hours Co-Ordinators, based at our office in Manchester City Centre. You will be required to work 1 x shift on Saturday, 1 x shift on Sunday and 1/2 x shift on weekday evenings. Shift patterns are 7am - 3pm & 3pm - 11pm (Saturday and Sunday), 6pm - 11pm (weekday nights). Working as part of our dedicated team, your role will involve the timely co-ordination of our Home Care workers based out in the field and also, managing the needs and expectations of our Service Users and their family members. Full training will be provided for the successful candidates, however, the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise your own workload in line with the needs of the business. The ideal candidates will have experience of working in a similar role/environment and have a caring and compassionate nature, always putting the needs of our Service Users first.
