Band 6 Community occupational therapist

Band 6 Community OT We are looking for a band 6 occupational therapist to work within an existing community care team to attend to patients that have been recently discharged from hospital to begin immediately. Oncology experience is required. Because they will be required to travel to different locations, the client has asked that applicants have access to a car. The position is full time, 37.5 hours, 5 days a week. It is expected to be at least 3 months as it is an on-going post.
