Ward Sister – Nights

Search Consultancy is looking to recruit a Ward Sister on behalf of a Private Hospital in Guildford, Surrey.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and dynamic Sister to join the existing Ward Team on night shifts.

To apply for this role, you will have at least 5 years post qualification experience and experience managing in a Ward environment.

You will oversee and work on medical, surgical and HDU

Duties will include ward management, leading a team of nurses and health care assistants, promoting high standards of nursing care and implementation and monitoring of protocols and policies.



The Ward provides care for patients undergoing a range of complex surgery. In addition we also care for those requiring intervention during their oncology treatment or palliative care and those with complex medical conditions. You will be deepening and broadening your expertise across a variety of complex conditions supported by your line manager, the medical team and the ward team.



The newly refurbished Guildford Hospital can provide one of the best working environments in the area, as well as the most modern and up-to-date equipment.



This is a full time, permanent position and the salary is at a competitive rate of £36,000 to £38,000 per annum. You will also receive a benefits package.
