Registered RGN / RMN / RNLD Nurse

Service Details: We are currently recruiting for a brand new private care home based in Suffolk. The home will offer specialist residential and nursing care, offering respite care and general nursing assistance. The home will be opening in February 2015 however successful applicants will be starting in January 2015 embarking on a fully paid 4 week training course.
Person/role Specification: You will provide leadership within the clinical team and be a nurse that leads by example and acts as a champion for resident's safety and dignity. To maintain skills and knowledge and be a champion for ensuring the team is fully up to date with best practice guidelines be a supportive mentor to the wider team in regards to up skilling non clinical staff and supporting new members of the team. Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems relating to clinical and care delivery are maintained and effectively used Act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice Skills and experiences RGN or RMN is essential along with evidence of PREP (Post-registration Education & Practice). Skills and experience: Experience of working with older people is required as are excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to plan, allocate and delegate work appropriately Remuneration In return Care UK offers an excellent remuneration package and the opportunity to develop and progress within your career.
