Registered General Nurse (RGN) ? Beccles 'I love being able to help others, no matter how little? Allied Healthcare is recruiting for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in Beccles. This is an opportunity to work in an autonomous and rewarding environment providing care and support to vulnerable individuals within Care Home settings. Minimum of 6 months post registration experience will be required Duties ?To provide and supervise the delivery of high quality nursing care to residents in accordance with up to date, evidence-based professional practice and company policies. ?Leading a multi-disciplinary team, supervising, training and developing care staff in providing the best quality of care to the people we support. ?Assisting with staff scheduling to ensure adequate people are available to meet requirements. ?Conducting risk assessments Successful candidates should have ?Staff mentoring experience ?Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?Word and Excel literate to a basic standard ?Confident and positive approach to work ?Strong team player ?Excellent attention to detail ?Must be a car driver Also would be beneficial if candidate has any of the below ?ENB 998 or equivalent ?Previous Band 6 or equivalent employment history ?Previous staff interviewing and appraisal experience ?District nursing experience ?Previous complaint handling experience Benefits Include: ?Competitive rates of pay ?Free Uniform ?Generous Annual leaves allowance ?Flexible shifts to suit your individual lifestyle If this appeals to you, we would love to hear from you.
