Assistant Care Manager - Adults Our client has a job vacancy for a Social Worker to work within an Adults Team based in West Sussex. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £18-20 per hour (limited company worker). The duties for this role will be: - Engaging with young people indentifying their accommodation needs. - Observing and maintaining confidentiality. - Establishing effective working relationships. You must hold a Social Work qualification, HCPC registration and have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as a social worker within a community mental health team. You must have good assessment skills and be able to carry a complex caseload.
