Description: Our client provides specialised support and enablement for older people, particularly those living with Dementia. They are passionate about supporting older people to remain part of the community. We are looking for a RGN or RMN to become part of their team within their new village in Warrington.
We are looking for an accomplished and experienced individual with proven abilities in clinical leadership. Clinically based and patient focused, you’ll inspire expert nursing and clinical care through individual and best practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the nursing team.
You will be already experienced in supporting people within a clinical or care environment ideally with nursing practice knowledge of older people, possess excellent communication skills, high standards of professional practice and the ability to provide leadership. Most importantly, we are looking for an individual with an approach to care that provides everyone with the opportunity to enjoy a pleasurable and meaningful lifestyle within the village.
Person Specification: Applicants must hold a first level registration, (RGN or RMN) within the UK as well as a current, valid PIN.
