CARE COORDINATOR

£8.92 PER HOUR

30 HOURS PER WEEK

Sanctuary Home Care have an exciting new opportunity for the role of Care Coordinator for the Home Care Service, branch office at Noele Court our Retirement living scheme in Worcester. You will be responsible for co-ordinating Service Users and Care Workers, as well as ensuring that rosters are regularly updated and as and when required deliver care. Previous experience of working in Home Care is essential.

Ideally in the successful candidate, will have a passion and drive to go that extra mile to make sure our Service Users receive the best possible care. It is important for us that you are approachable, caring and compassionate, with a desire to have a positive impact on our residents' lives. In addition, if you have excellent IT, organisational and communication skills coupled with a good eye for detail then we would like to hear from you. Travel will be required for this role therefore a full, valid driving licence is essential.
