Care Workers ? Ipswich, Bury St. Edmunds, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, Felixstowe We are looking for care workers to support people in their own homes and in establishments in Ipswich, Bury St. Edmunds, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, Felixstowe and the surrounding areas. Carers must be willing to travel to all areas we cover. We work with a variety of customers who may be frail, elderly, have dementia, a learning disability, mental health problems or complex care. We enable people to be as independent as possible, support people with personal care, preparing meals, medication and activities in the community. Candidates must be flexible with a minimum availability to work of 16-20 hours a week. As full training is given, successful candidates with or without experience can develop their caring strengths into a fantastic career at Allied. Care workers experience in Dementia will be offered the opportunity to work with customers living with Dementia. Inexperienced candidates who have a particular interest in working with people with Dementia can progress in this area. Benefits include guaranteed hours contracts, excellent pay rates, regular appraisals, supervisions and opportunities to gain a qualification in Health and Social care. All applicants will be required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure. Successful applicants will be required to pay for their CRB check.
