Dementia Care Workers ? Ipswich, Bury St.Edmunds, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, Felixstowe Contracted with Suffolk County Council, we are recruiting Care Staff to work in our Flexible Dementia Service Team enabling people to maintain their independence living in their own homes. Areas include Ipswich, Bury St.Edmunds, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, Felixstowe and the surrounding areas. Carers must be willing to travel to all the areas we cover. We aim to enable clients to live as independently as possible in their own home, these clients may be elderly, frail and have dementia. Candidates must be flexible with a minimum availability of 16-20 hours per week. As full training is given, successful candidates with or without experience can develop their caring strengths into a fantastic career at Allied. Carers with a particular interest in Dementia will be offered to undergo training in this field. Benefits include guaranteed hours contracts, excellent pay rates, regular appraisals, supervisions and opportunities to gain a qualification in Health and Social Care. All applicants will be required to complete a Criminal Records Bureau Disclosure. Successful applicants will be required to pay for their CRB check.
