Community Substance Misuse Recovery Nurse - Kent Our client has a job vacancy for a Community Substance Misuse Recovery Nurse to work in Kent. This vacancy has an initial 4-5 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £25-30 per hour (limited company worker). Duties: * Conducting assessments of physical dependency using a symptomatic withdrawal scale. * Using assessment results to determine safe induction to opiate substitute treatments as required. * Initiating service users via titration procedures. * Introducing service users on to substitute prescribing regimes. Requirements: All applicants must be a qualified RMN, RGN or RNLD, be registered with the NMC and have a valid, up to date pin. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a substance misuse recovery capacity as a nurse. An NMP qualification is desirable but not essential.
