Our client in Manchester has a locum job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse. This job vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £23-26 per hour (limited company worker).
Duties:
- Ensuring that carers assessments, education and support is delivered in accordance with the requirements of the NSF
- Acting up for the team manager in their absence as appropriate
- Establishing therapeutic relationships with service users
- Taking responsibility for the implementation of evidence based therapeutic interventions
- Being responsible for the assessment and coordination of care needs
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, you must be a registered mental health nurse (part 3 or 13) and have a valid, up to date NMC pin. In order to be considered for this role, it is essential that you have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience of working within a mental health.
