My client requires a Home Manager to run their large Nursing home located in Cheltenham, dedicated to person-centred methods and offering quality care for a wide range of old-age related care needs.

This nursing home is part of the second largest not for profit care provider in the UK, specialising in providing high quality, person centred care for older people, in care homes and extra care housing.

Care homes from this group are well respected, as the voluntary sector charity has a strong presence after seeing healthy growth since it first opened homes over 20 years ago.

To be considered for the Home Managers position you must

• Be a Registered Nurse either RMN or RGN


• Have experience working in a home management position


• Have a NVQ Level 4 or above or an equivalent


• Excellent knowledge of the CQC and their requirement


• Good Communication skills both written and verbal

The successful candidate will be

• Responsible to the Regional Manager for the day-to-day running of the Nursing Home


• Ensuring and maintaining the highest possible standards of treatment, care and support


• You will lead, motivate and manage the multi-profession team


• You will ensure compliance with all regulatory bodies
