About the role
Taking responsibility for the well-being of our residents, you will be making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
Leading, motivating and mentoring your team you will be delivering clinical guidance and training to ensure the safe, smooth and efficient running of the care home.
Carrying out assessments and developing, implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each of our residents.
Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation.
Generally promoting our residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement.
Who we're looking for
• A level one Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN Number.
• You will be committed to championing independence, choice and dignity in the home.
• You'll have dedication and passion for helping make every day special for our residents.
• An ability to build warm and trusting relationships with our residents and their families.
About the home
Our new build flagship care home, Fountains Lodge is due to open late Summer 2014 in the small town of Southborough, approximately 2 miles from Tunbridge Wells. An onsite marketing suite is due to open in July 2014. The home is a new, purpose built nursing and residential dementia care home accommodating 74 beds across two units and will feature luxury bedrooms, sensory gardens and additional onsite facilities such as a cinema room and hair salon providing specialist dementia care.
