Social Worker - Complex Care
Our client in Barnstaple has a locum job vacancy for a Social Worker to work within a complex care team. This job vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £23-26 per hour (limited company worker).
Duties:
- Using Carefirst 6
- Managing complex care cases
- Reviewing, evaluating and monitoring care as required
- Safeguarding vulnerable adults
- Undertaking community care assessments
Requirements:
All applicants must have a social work degree or equivalent and be registered with the HCPC. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
