On-call care assistant. Guaranteed hours. This is a rare opportunity for the right person to join our home care team as an on-call care assistant. The role offers guaranteed hours working with a dedicated team intent on delivering the best standards of care to customers in their own homes. The on-call care assistant will be working alongside the management team to cover short notice care demands as they arise. It requires therefore flexibility of working hours with the ability to deal with all care needs. It is a demanding role but one that has the capacity to deliver great personal satisfaction. Previous experience is essential for this role although we provide a programme of continuous training and personal development geared to helping the successful candidate become a true homecare professional with pride in the work that they do. There are no age barriers and a variety of shift patterns to suit most lifestyles. Alternate weekend working as a minimum is a requirement for this role.
