Deputy Home Manager (RGN/RMN) Ashton under Lyne - Greater Manchester £15.00 per hour In Touch Recruitment is currently working on behalf of a UK leading care provider to recruit a Deputy Manager for their specialist Dementia Service in Ashton under Lyne, Greater Manchester. The service provides care and accommodation to frail elderly residents with varying care and nursing needs with a particular focus on Dementia Nursing care. As Deputy Manager within the service you will be responsible for • Supporting the Care Centre Manager in the complete running of the Home • Deputising in the Managers absence • Supervising and developing a multi-disciplinary staff team • Highlighting and delivering training to staff within the service • Carrying out medication and administrations audits Working as part of the Management team you will be responsible for ensuring the Home is operating to very high standards. The successful candidate will hold a 1st level nursing qualification RGN /RMN and hold an active NMC PIN.
