Duties:
- Liaising with foster carers and other service providers
- Establishing appropriate accommodation resources
- Managing pathway plans and looked after children reviews
Requirements:
All applicants must have a degree within social work and be HCPC registered. You must have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working within a similar role.
