Sanctuary Social Care currently has a locum job vacancy for a Senior Practitioner to work within a hospital team based in South London. This vacancy has an initial 3 month rota based contract and the pay rate for this role is £26-28 per hour (limited company worker).
Duties:
- Leading on specific projects as required
- Approving care packages within agreed budget limitations
- Arranging support to facilitate discharge for the A&E department
- Working closely with health, police and voluntary agency colleagues
- Attending case conferences and court without line management presence
Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must have a degree within social work and be HCPC registered. You must also have at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as a senior practitioner within a hospital team.
