Qualified Residential Childcare Worker

We have a number of qualified positions available within our residential homes in the Kent region. Working as part of a close-knit team within one of our small group residential homes, you will assist in the everyday and personal care, education and support of young people. We are looking for motivated and committed individuals, with a calm approach. You must be able to work as a team member, on your own initiative and to high standards. Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Experience of working with children and young people or in residential care is desirable but not essential. It is essential all candidates must • hold an OCF Level 3 Children and Young People's workforce • hold a full UK driving license • be over the age of 21 • Must be prepared to work 24 hour (including sleepovers) on a rota basis.
