Establishment Healthcare Assistants - Bury St Edmunds Areas include Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, surrounding areas. Drivers are preferred but if not carers must be willing to travel to the areas we cover. We aim to provide cover for short staffed residential/nursing homes, learning disability establishments, general and mental health hospitals in the area. Candidates must be flexible with a minimum availability of 16-20 hours per week. 4-12 hour long shifts, these will include earlies, lates and nights. Full training is given, successful candidates with or without experience can develop their caring strengths into a fantastic career at Allied. Carers with a particular interest in Dementia will be offered to undergo training in this field. 18 hour guaranteed contract will be offered to suitable care workers after 3 month probationary period. Benefits include excellent pay rates, regular appraisals, supervisions and opportunities to gain a qualification in Health and Social Care. All applicants will be required to complete a DBS check.
