Registered Manager – Younger Adults Service

Registered Manager - Younger Adults Residential Service in North Ayrshire £25,000 Service Manager required for Younger Adult residential service for 7 service users with a learning disability and associated complex support needs, which may include behavioural support. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead a staff team outlining staff duties and work with other professional colleagues and families, to ensure good standards of professional practice and plans within the home. Being responsible for all aspects of the care and support for these individuals, you will also develop strong working relationships with internal and external customers. You will possess a RMA/LMC, and SVQ L4/ NVQ L4 in Care or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. A passionate Manager who possesses a working knowledge of learning and physical disabilities, and associated behaviours.
