ADMINISTRATOR

ASRA HOUSE, 15 ASHA MARGH, LEICESTER

£8.21 PER HOUR

30 HOURS PER WEEK, 9.30AM TO 4.30PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY (FLEXIBILITY REQUIRED)

As an Administrator you will provide an effective administration service which will include covering the reception area and being the first point of contact for both internal and external queries. You will also maintain the administration systems such as processing staff payroll, keeping account of finances, updating staff files as well as ordering and maintaining stock levels for the Home.

Experience in an administrative role along with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are essential. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel (or similar) is also required as you will need to extract and analyse data from computer systems.

Situated in the heart of Belgrave in Leicester, Asra House is an attractive residential care home for 40 residents who are frail or have a sensory impairment and live with dementia. We provide specialist, culturally appropriate services for residents with an Asian lifestyle.

Applicants need to be multi lingual and be able to write and be verbally proficient in Gujarati and Hindi as well as having English as a third language.

Travel will be a requirement of the role; therefore a full, valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.
