£27,000 - £30,000 per annum £4,500 Car Allowance pro rata Mileage



This is a great opportunity for a Registered General Nurse with a minimum of 2 years experience within complex care, to join a leading healthcare provider as a Lead Nurse.



You will have clinical accountability for comlex care clients on your caseload and oversee a team of Nurses and Carers within the community, however community experience is not essential as full training will be given.



As the Lead Nurse you will also be responsible for assessing the clients needs and risks and devise detailed care plans that are regularly evaluated.



As this is a regional role covering Middlesbrough, Tyne & Wear and North and South Shields, you will need to have your own transport, however there is an excellent car allowance included in the salary package plus 25p per mile for all mileage.
