Care Coordinator

Role: Care Coordinator required for our busy Dartford branch to join our friendly team covering areas within County of Kent. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for planning the rotas of care workers, covering additional calls as required, liaising with Social Services, customers and their families on a daily basis. Supervising, mentoring and monitoring the service provided to customers throughout the area assigned, ensuring a good quality service is provided at all times. Participation of on call required on a rota basis (every one in three weeks). Skills & Experience: Strong administration skills essential and a background in care essential Qualifications: A qualification in Health and Social Care desirable, but not essential This is an excellent opportunity to make a difference and to have career within an established domiciliary care company.
