Deputy Manager Vacancy!!! Nursing Home, Camborne, £28,000
You could support the Registered Home Manager, in all aspects of the home's care management including taking temporary complete charge during the absence of the Registered Manager, in a medium sized Nursing Home in Camborne, providing quality care for elderly residents and those with dementia and/or mental health conditions.
The ideal candidate
- Will be a Registered Nurse (level 1) - RMN would be desirable, but not essential
- Will have had previous management experience
- Be flexible in their working hours (to include weekends, nights and on call where necessary)
- Ideally will have some form of teaching qualification (PTLLS or similar) and with experience of completing staff supervisions
- Will have knowledge of working with CQC
- Knowledge of fee levels and fee setting
- Willingness to undertake further training relevant to the job role as required
The position is for 37 hours a week, between Monday to Sunday. Generally day time, however if needed nights would be expected to cover sickness in our general nursing staff.
