Registered Nurse - Nursing Home - Caerphilly - £24,000

My client is looking for a Registered Nurse to work within their large Nursing Home, providing care for the elderly and residents with dementia and mental health conditions.

The ideal candidate

• Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)


• Experience caring for the elderly


• Ability to work without supervision


• Work as team member


• Planning

Main objectives as a Registered Nurse

• To support the Registered Home Manager in all aspects of the Home's management


• To ensure NMC Code of Practice and guidelines are followed and to accept accountability for own practice


• To take responsibility for the day to day management of the care tasks appertaining to the holistic needs of the nursing residents within the Home

The Home can offer you

• Hourly rate of £13.00 per hour (hourly rates will increase after 3 months)


• Extra £1.00 per hour for overtime worked


• Flexible working hours


• Holiday entitlement - 5.6 working weeks per annum


• Pension scheme
