Regional Manager – Domiciliary Healthcare

Due to continued success and exciting growth plans, Hales Group Health & Social Care are recruiting for a Regional Manager for Norfolk / Suffolk, to further strengthen the management support structure for its network of branches.


Reporting to the Operations Manager you will have responsibility for overseeing your allocation of branches (Norwich, Ipswich, Lowestoft and Thetford) providing support, advice and guidance to the managers and teams. You will strive to deliver exceptional domiciliary care service to our service users and ensure CQC standards are met, the company’s reputation for compliance values are maintained.


You will support the professional development and training of all staff in your region and strive to investigate the potential for the development of new domiciliary markets wherever possible.


Your remit will include planning, organising and controlling domiciliary operations to ensure that appropriate placement of staff is provided and the appropriate standards as defined by the CQC are met. You will promote good staff relations and retention of staff to minimise labour turnover. You will work closely with the Operations Manager, senior support teams and central HR in respect of recruitment, selection, training, pay and conditions of employment, grievances and disciplinary matters.
