Senior Support Worker & Support Workers - Salisbury, Wiltshire £8.00 - £9.14 per hour Full Time Eclypse Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a specialist learning disabilities provider who are looking to recruit senior support workers and support workers in Salisbury, Wiltshire. All of the Senior Support Workers receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support. Overseeing other Support Workers, the Senior Support Workers implement care plans for individuals with learning disabilities and other complex needs. You'll operate both in residential and community settings to assist the people we support, so you can expect total involvement in everything we do. To join as a Senior Support Worker, you'll need at least Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent qualification) backed by sound experience of supporting people with varying care needs. If you're familiar with leading a team, so much the better, but it's your commitment to care and your passion for making a difference that will count most.
