Unit Manager Sheffield £13.20 per hour In Touch Recruitment are proudly working on behalf of a well established and highly motivated care home provider to recruit an experienced Unit Manager for their beautiful home in Sheffield. Situated in a peaceful residential area with brilliant access to the M! and local transport, this large care home provides general nursing care, EMI nursing and nursing to younger adults with mental health conditions. The role will involve leading a highly motivated team to ensure smooth running of the unit and to maintain high standards. Care Planning, Medication Management and good team work will be vital skills needed for this position and so we are looking for a very driven candidate that enjoys a challenge and that has exceptional clinical knowledge and communication skills. Candidates who apply must be NMC Registered with an active pin number. Experience of a senior role in a hospital or care home setting is required for this role. This is a full-time permanent role covering full time hours at a competitive hourly rate of £13.20 per hour.
