Position: Ward Manager - RGN

Location: Cheshire

Salary: £37,000 - £45,000



Our client, a leading private healthcare organisation, is looking to recruit a Ward Manager at one of its state of the art, private hospitals in Cheshire.



As a Ward Manager you will have a number of responsibilities including; working with and managing a team of nurses and HCA's, supporting the hospital and its management, providing the highest levels of care, acting in the best interest of patients and liaising with and possibly overseeing other departments when required. You will be expected to participate in the on call rota.



To apply you must be an experienced RGN with managerial experience in a hospital. You should have the skills to work autonomously and be passionate about providing the highest possible standards of patient care. You will need great time management skills and have a flexible approach. Salary for the role is ranges from £37,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
