This 40 bedded home is part of one of the leading UK healthcare providers in elderly and dementia care, and provides 24/7 nursing to its residents within a safe and homely environment.

My client is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated nurse, who is passionate about Dementia care, to supervise and lead a small care team within the Dementia unit of the home. We are looking for someone who has a positive and fresh approach to caring for people suffering from Dementia, and ready to inspire their team.

We are looking for Registered Nurses with a passion for community nursing to join our growing IV Home Therapies Nurse Team throughout the UK.

Key skills required for the role include:

• Minimum recent 2 years post registration clinical experience


• IV Therapy experience


• Central Line Management


• Ability to make clinical decisions out of a clinical environment

This specialised team offer an excellent way to develop new and existing IV and Community Nursing skills.

This community led role requires visiting patients in their own homes to deliver a range of IV therapies including Home Parenteral Nutrition, as well as the administration of other medicines such as Herceptin and Methotrexate.
