Social Worker - Adults Hospital Our client has a job vacancy for a Social Worker to work within an Adults Hospital Team based in Southend. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £25-28 per hour (limited company worker). Requirements: Have you got a social work degree or equivalent? Are you HCPC registered? Do you have at least 2 years recent post qualified experience working within an Adults Hospital Team? If you fit these requirements then you could be the ideal candidate. Duties: - You will be making recommendations for short term care, intermittent care and permanent residential care. - You will be developing links and close working relationships. - You will be participating in the ongoing development and training of the team. - You will be carrying out other appropriate duties.
