Band 5 Community Psychiatric Nurse

Band 5 Community Psychiatric Nurse - Adult's Community Our client has a job vacancy for a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse to work within an Adult's Community Team based in Newmarket. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £22-23 per hour (limited company worker). Duties: - Providing professional advice and support. - Working with other agencies and members of the multidisciplinary team. - Assessing, implementing and evaluating nursing care. - Undertaking assessments. Requirement: - All applicants must be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC pin. - Applicants must have at least 1-2 years recent post qualified experience working within mental health. - Experience care coordinator to do group work, follow up patients in the community and carry out psychology nursing interventions.
